Job summary

Monash Health in Cranbourne is seeking passionate renal nurses to join a growing dialysis service. You will deliver patient-centred haemodialysis care within a modern unit and contribute to service development.

Successful applicants will have recent renal/haemodialysis experience, AHPRA registration, and a collaborative approach across a multidisciplinary team. Rotating rosters across shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent acute clinical nursing experience, preferably in haemodialysis or renal.
• Flexibility to work rotating roster across shifts.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to quality improvement and service development initiatives.
• Support senior staff and participate in ongoing learning and growth.
