Job summary

The role requires RN registration with AHPRA, a relevant nursing or health management qualification, and at least five years in nursing with leadership experience in haemodialysis.

• Minimum five years' relevant nursing experience.
• Proven leadership and clinical management experience.
• Extensive haemodialysis nursing knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in quality improvement and risk management.
• Strong financial, operational, and workforce management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• High level of computer literacy.
