Subaru (Trivett) Automotive Retail at Berwick seeks a qualified Diagnostic Technician to provide quality vehicle servicing and exceptional customer satisfaction in a timely, professional manner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair technical issues on vehicles efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform general servicing, maintenance, and routine checks on various vehicle types.
  • Identify and report any additional repairs or work required beyond initial diagnosis.
  • Follow Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Inchcape Automotive Retail standards for all repairs and servicing.
  • Conduct thorough quality and safety checks, including road testing vehicles before job completion.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties such as parts collection, customer drop-offs and pick-ups, and maintaining workshop cleanliness.

About you:

  • Previous experience as a qualified automotive technician, preferably with brand knowledge
  • Hold a current driver’s licence and be passionate about the brand
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively in a busy service centre
