GSS Hire in Maddington, WA is seeking a hands-on Dewatering Supervisor to lead our dewatering operations. The role focuses on supervising a team of dewatering technicians, and ensuring safe, efficient running of wellpoint and deep-well systems on site.

You will install, operate, maintain, and commission pumps, generators, and water treatment units, while coordinating equipment and personnel for site mobilisations.

Formación

• Dewatering experience with wellpoint and deep well systems.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience.
• Current car license (C class) required; forklift and excavator tickets desirable.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and removal of wellpoint dewatering system
• Daily maintenance and operational checks of pumps and dewatering systems
• Set up and commission pumps, generators and water treatment unit
• Supervising dewatering technicians to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standards.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Assisting in organising equipment and personnel for site mobilisation.

Requirements

• Experience in Dewatering, especially wellpoint dewatering system, deep well system and pumps.
• Minimum 2-5 years of dewatering experience is required for this supervisory role.
• A hands-on approach and a willingness to go above and beyond during this period of unprecedented growth.
• A current car licence (C class) is required.
• Forklift license and excavator ticket (desirable).
• The physical fitness and resilience to thrive in a demanding role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise and communicate effectively with customers on-site
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
