Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise release processes.
• Strong knowledge of security compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities across ecosystems.
• Execute, validate, and troubleshoot deployments including manual steps.
• Maintain environment stability and platform health through monitoring.
• Provide L3 production support and root cause analysis.
• Support release, change management and DR activities.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and access controls.
• Develop automation, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver reliable outcomes.
