Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Platform Manager to join our AI and Digital Platforms team. This hands-on role focuses on operating, governing, and improving a mission-critical enterprise AI platform, including integrations, access management, releases, and onboarding.

You will collaborate across security, engineering, and business teams to drive platform excellence, ensure high availability, and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Platform Management, SaaS Operations, Service Management, or Technical Delivery.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, cloud, or AI platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and access management.
• Experience managing incidents, releases, and operational governance.
• Exposure to monitoring, platform support, and service management practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage platform operations, incidents, risks, and service requests.
• Coordinate integrations, APIs, data connectors, and user access.
• Support releases, testing, deployments, and new feature onboarding.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and operational health.
• Maintain documentation, governance records, and stakeholder communications.
• Support security, privacy, and access management requirements.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
