Qualifications
- Strong DevOps background with cloud and automation focus.
- Experience building and operating Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD workflows.
- Knowledge of security best practices for containers and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters using Rancher in cloud and hybrid environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve Rancher, Kubernetes nodes, workloads, and networking issues
- Maintain high availability and fault tolerance of Rancher-managed clusters
- Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD
- Automate deployment workflows for microservices and containers
- Version control infrastructure code and promote GitOps
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog
- Apply DevSecOps practices for secure deployments and hardening
- Manage secrets with HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Kubernetes Secrets
