Job summary

Talent International is seeking a skilled GitLab specialist to lead enterprise-wide adoption of GitLab Ultimate and design scalable CI/CD pipelines. You will build golden pipelines, configure runners, and embed DevSecOps capabilities across security scanning, containers and dependencies.

Collaboration with Professional Services and cross-functional teams will shape adoption and best practices. Based in Brisbane on a 9-month contract, you’ll mentor engineering squads, drive platform

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab Enterprise or GitLab Ultimate.
• Proven experience implementing and administering GitLab within enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of GitLab Runners, shared runners and enterprise runner architecture.
• Experience implementing GitLab DevSecOps features including SAST, DAST, Dependency and Secret Detection.
• Experience integrating GitLab with cloud platforms and enterprise tooling.
• Knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Ansible or similar) is highly regarded.

• Design and support GitLab Runner infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Embed DevSecOps capabilities including SAST, DAST, Dependency, Container and Secret Scanning.
• Develop automation that improves developer productivity and deployment consistency.
• Work closely with GitLab Professional Services during implementation and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with development, cloud, infrastructure and security teams to drive platform adoption.
• Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance across engineering teams.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organisation's DevOps and software delivery capability.
