Job summary

Talent Corp in Brisbane seeks a senior DevOps engineer to lead the enterprise-wide adoption of GitLab Ultimate, design and optimise CI/CD pipelines, and maintain the GitLab Runner infrastructure across environments.

You will embed DevSecOps capabilities (SAST, DAST, dependency and container scanning), develop automation to improve developer productivity, and partner with security, cloud and infrastructure teams to mature the software delivery capability.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab Enterprise or GitLab Ultimate.
• Proven experience implementing and administering GitLab within enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience designing and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of GitLab Runners, shared runners and enterprise runner architecture.
• Experience implementing GitLab DevSecOps features including SAST, DAST, Dependency Scanning, Secret Detection, Container Scanning.
• Experience integrating GitLab with cloud platforms, infrastructure and enterprise tooling.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible or similar) is highly regarded.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker or containerised platforms is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical teams.
• Experience working within large enterprise or complex technology environments.
