CAPSTONE RECRUITMENT ASIA PACIFIC is sourcing an ADM/DM for a Melbourne‑based development team. The role supports acquisitions with due diligence, guides tenants through detailed design, and coordinates town planning and DA lodging within a fast‑paced environment.

You will work alongside SDMs and DMs, reporting to the GM of development, with exposure across retail, industrial and social infrastructure. A polished, proactive demeanor and stakeholder‑facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Exposure to working with tenants across the development life cycle.
• Experience across retail, industrial and social infrastructure highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Support the acquisitions team with due diligence where required.
• Collaborate with prospective tenants through detailed design using internal team.
• Navigate town planning processes and lodge Development Applications (DA).
• Work with internal PMs through delivery phase of projects.
• Manage feasibility across the full development life cycle.
• Lead final close out and opening of site with the PM team.
