Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Planning, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in property development, leasing, project management or related discipline within real estate.
• Strong understanding of development feasibility, financial modelling, project delivery and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects through all lifecycle stages from feasibility to delivery and stabilisation.
• Prepare feasibility studies, project budgets, business cases and investment recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
• Drive leasing and development strategies in partnership with agents, occupiers and internal stakeholders to maximise asset performance and value.
• Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while overseeing planning approvals, due diligence activities and governance requirements.
• Contribute to the growth of ESR's development platform by identifying opportunities, managing risks and delivering projects that create long-term value for investors and customers.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Property Economics, Construction Management, Engineering, Planning, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in property development, leasing, project management or a related discipline within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of development feasibility, financial modelling, project delivery and planning processes.
• Experience managing projects across multiple stages of the development lifecycle, ideally within industrial, logistics or commercial property.
• Demonstrated leasing and negotiation experience, with the ability to work effectively with agents, occupiers and customers to drive development outcomes.
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across internal and external groups.
