Working alongside an impressive senior leadership team, you will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle while playing a key role in the delivery of current and future projects.

The business is open to speaking with established Development Managers as well as ambitious Assistant Development Managers ready to step up.

About the Role

• Manage projects across various stages of the development lifecycle, from planning and approvals through to delivery and completion.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Support the delivery of residential community projects to agreed budgets, timeframes, and quality standards.

About You

• Experience working as a Development Manager, or an Assistant Development Manager looking to take the next step in your career.
• Exposure to residential communities, with experience across land lease community projects highly regarded.
• Strong project delivery experience, with a track record of driving projects through construction and delivery phases.
• A solid understanding of the development lifecycle, including planning, approvals, design coordination, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with exposure to project budgets, reporting, and development feasibilities.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

You Will Possess

• Experience within the property development sector as a Development Manager or Assistant Development Manager.
• Exposure to residential communities, with direct experience in land lease community developments highly regarded.
• Demonstrated project delivery experience, particularly through construction and delivery phases.
• Strong understanding of the development process including planning, approvals, design, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen with exposure to project budgets, feasibility analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
