Bluestone Recruitment is partnering with a private development group to recruit an Assistant Development Manager in Melbourne. You will work with a Senior Development Manager across the full development lifecycle on medium density apartment projects.

The role offers exposure to front-end design, town planning and construction delivery within a secure pipeline. Applicants should have 3+ years in development/construction/project management and tertiary qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in development, construction, or project management.
• Proven experience in the residential sector.
• Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.

Working closely with a Senior Development Manager, this role will work across the full development lifecycle on medium density apartment developments. With a secure development pipeline at varying stages, you will gain exposure to front-end design, town planning and construction delivery.
