Job description

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Development Graduate to join our Queensland Communities team, supporting the delivery of our residential project Providence. This masterplanned community offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both high-volume and early-stage developments.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team working on key deliverables such as infrastructure delivery, park development, contract preparation, pricing strategies, and release planning. This role provides exposure to operational and administrative aspects of development, with the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and grow into a more autonomous role over time.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting project delivery through contract preparation, purchase orders, invoicing, and coordination.
• Assisting with infrastructure delivery, including parks and open space design and management.
• Contributing to pricing strategies, release planning, and preparation of marketing materials and design guidelines.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Providing administrative and operational support across all phases of development.

To be successful in this role you:

• Are a recent graduate or in your final year of study in Property, Town Planning, Construction, Architecture, Commerce, Valuations, or Law.
• Have a strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn with a genuine interest in property development.
• Possess a valid driver’s licence and are comfortable working across multiple locations.
