BigRedSky Limited in Rockingham, WA, is seeking a Development Engineer to join the Planning Department Services Team. You will apply civil engineering expertise to support the City’s land development processes, including assessing Structure Plans and Development Applications.

To be considered, you must hold a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering and demonstrate knowledge of planning processes, urban drainage, and project management.

Formación

• Knowledge of planning process and Greenfield subdivision guidance.
• Ability to perform composite analysis and interpret technical data.
• Experience modelling urban water management concepts.
• Knowledge of project management, construction techniques, and coordination of civil works.
• Experience with 3D Civil software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsabilidades

• Apply civil engineering knowledge to support land development processes.
• Coordinate and assess Structure Plans, Subdivision Plans, Development Applications and approvals.
• Work within the Planning Department Services Team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver compliant outcomes.
