Job summary

Signify is seeking a Development Engineer Electronics to lead R&D for Dynalite connected lighting systems. You will research new technologies, develop hardware from concept to validation, and ensure compliance, quality, and manufacturability in a global multi-site setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in analogue/digital electronics and strong skills in Altium PCB design, C/C++, Python, and experience with digital/analog circuits and power supplies.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering with 2+ years in analog/digital electronics design.
• Strong proficiency in Altium E-CAD PCB design and MS Office.
• Nice to have SolidWorks, Adobe suite, and programming in C/C++/Python.

Responsibilities

• Research into new technologies, electronics components, and circuits.
• Develop electrical hardware for lighting controls from concept to completion.
• Design verification and validation to meet functionality, quality, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams, suppliers and manufacturers.
