A leading regional co-educational school in Ballarat is seeking a Development Data and Systems Co-ordinator to manage and analyse databases for key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant data management experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. This role is critical for nurturing relationships within the school community and ensuring compliance with child safety regulations.

The Ballarat Grammar Foundation was established in 1981 as the organisation through which financial support for the School is directed and funds distributed. The role of the Foundation is to plan and ensure that the vision for the School continues into the future by assisting with the provision of Scholarships and Bursaries and the funding of capital works for facilities over and above what is provided by School fees and government grants.
We are seeking an experienced data management professional with an eye for detail for the role of Development Data and Systems Co-ordinator. This newly developed position will manage and analyse databases and systems for all key stakeholders for the Development team, and to nurture positive and engaging relationships with alumni, donors and the broader Ballarat Grammar community.
