Job summary

You will manage complaints, conduct inspections, enforce legislation, and support legal actions while contributing to policy improvements and community education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in a related discipline or substantial experience in Development Control, Building Surveying, Town Planning, or Statutory Investigation/Enforcement.
• Proven track record in compliance and regulatory functions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and investigate complaints about development and breaches.
