Job summary

RestoSuite, a global leader in restaurant SaaS, is seeking an experienced Developer Programmer to join our team. You will architect and develop core business systems, including ordering and inventory, and contribute to AI-powered modules.

You will work on high-concurrency backend, multi-language, multi-currency deployment, ensure performance, and participate in full software life cycle with documentation. Proficiency in Java, Spring, MySQL, Redis, and Docker is expected; experience with RESTful

Now, we are looking for an experienced Developer Programmer to join our team.

What You'll Do

• 1. Architect and develop core business systems (order, payment, inventory, etc.), ensuring stability under high concurrency.
• 2. Implement backend services for AI-powered supply chain and other modules, translating complex business logic into solid code.
• 3. Tackle challenges of global deployment (multi-language, multi-currency, data compliance) and optimize system performance.
• 4. Participate in the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis and system design to deployment and operations; write and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 1. Core Skills: Solid Java experience with a strong foundation (IO, multithreading, JVM), proficient with Spring ecosystem.
• 2. Concurrency Expertise: Proven experience with high-concurrency, distributed systems, or complex transactions; capable of performance tuning.
• 3. Database Knowledge: Proficient in MySQL (schema design, query optimization), hands-on experience with caching (Redis).
• 4. Quality-Focused: Strong testing discipline, able to write unit and integration tests, with high standards for code quality and system stability.
• 5. Rapid Response: Ability to quickly locate and resolve production issues, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, responding promptly to alerts and customer feedback.
• 6. Engineering Practices: Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and Docker for deployment.
• 7. Pluses: Experience with restaurant POS or restaurant SaaS; background in ERP or payment systems; interest in AI integration; full-stack or mobile development skills.
