Job summary

BPM Vision is seeking a Programmer Developer to join its technology team and contribute to development, configuration, integration, testing and maintenance of enterprise software solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities include translating requirements into software, designing and testing programs, configuring enterprise apps, and developing integrations. The role emphasizes analytical thinking and collaboration across architects, consultants and project managers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of software/application development experience.
• Knowledge of software development, testing, debugging and system integration.
• Experience with databases, APIs and enterprise applications.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and develop practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with PPM, SPM, digital transformation or enterprise technology solutions will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Design, develop, modify, test and maintain application programs and software components.
• Configure and customise PPM, SPM and enterprise applications to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain system integrations, APIs, data interfaces and application connections.
• Develop functionality supporting project, portfolio, resource, financial and performance management processes.
• Participate in application implementation, deployment, upgrades and system migration projects.
• Develop, test and troubleshoot application functionality, integrations and data flows.
• Identify and resolve programming errors, software defects and technical issues.
• Analyse existing systems and implement enhancements to improve functionality, performance and reliability.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by developing integrated and efficient technology solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, system documentation and testing records.
• Work closely with solution architects, consultants, project managers and clients to deliver technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support and contribute to continuous improvement of applications and development processes.
