Moomoo is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Sydney. You will manage full AP cycle, lodge BAS, perform month-end close, and support financial reporting.

You will reconcile accounts, prepare statements, collaborate with departments, and assist with audits. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting and 2-3 years' experience, with Xero/Oracle and strong Excel skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable (AP).
• Prepare and lodge BAS accurately and on time.
• Perform month-end closing procedures, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support annual audit, company tax return and FBT processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and systems.
• Other Ad Hoc Duties as and when required.
