Job summary

Riviana Foods, part of the SunRice Group, is seeking multiple Mixing, Machine and Packing Operators for our Dessert Manufacturing team in Heidelberg. You will help prepare, mix and cook products while supporting warehousing duties in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have food manufacturing experience and familiarity with mixing/blending equipment, with dairy familiarity considered a plus. You will follow HACCP and GMP standards and work collaboratively to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Experience operating mixing, blending or manufacturing equipment
• Dairy manufacturing experience highly regarded
• Knowledge of food safety practices, HACCP and GMP
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to perform manual tasks including bending, reaching and standing for periods

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, blending and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients according to production schedules
• Complete quality and cleanliness checks
• Perform cleaning and sanitation activities
• Follow food safety, HACCP and GMP requirements
• Identify and report safety hazards, equipment issues and product concerns
• Work closely with Production Coordinators, Section Leaders and team members to achieve production targets
