Job summary

Anaconda is hiring a part-time Despatch Sales Assistant at our VIC - Metro location in Hoppers Crossing. You will join a fast-growing retailer that focuses on outdoor and adventure gear, supporting stock intake, storage, and shop-floor replenishment.

The role involves handling goods, using a walkie stacker at times, and maintaining accurate inventory. You will be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and customer service, with opportunities for growth within Spotlight Retail Group.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated team player with strong safety awareness.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable communicator.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Retail/warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods from delivery trucks, sometimes using an electric walkie stacker.
• Unpacking, checking, and moving products from boxes and pallets.
• Organise and improve product storage in the dock area; enter stock into inventory system.
• Coordinate daily replenishing of stock from dock to shop floor; monitor faulty goods & credits.
• Help on the shop floor when required.
