Spotlight Retail Group, including Anaconda, is seeking energetic team members to join our Australian stores. You will help customers find the right outdoor gear, provide trusted advice, and process transactions at the register with a smile.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is a bonus but training is provided.
• Strong communication and a friendly approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Assist customers with product selection and offer advice.
• Handle transactions efficiently at the register.
• Restock and merchandise products to keep the store fresh.
• Keep the store clean, organized and welcoming for every shopper.
• Work with the team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Support in different departments across the store.
