Job summary

Jennmar Queensland is seeking a motivated Despatch Officer in Mackay to manage data entry, customer coordination, and the flow of sales and freight operations for our Queensland facilities.

You will coordinate quotes with customers, collate daily delivery information, oversee freight and COR compliance, and support the administration team in a busy, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics or administration role.
• Strong data entry and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Understanding of freight coordination and Chain of Responsibility (COR).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience supervising a small team is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Data entry for sales, quotes, plant production, and inventory systems

Coordinate sales and quotes with customers

Collate daily sales and delivery information

Oversee incoming and outgoing freight
