Bridgestone Corporation is seeking an organised and proactive Despatch Clerk to join our warehouse team. Reporting to the Warehouse Distribution Manager, you will coordinate daily distribution activities, liaise with carriers and drivers, and maintain accurate despatch records to ensure smooth operations.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers high‑level customer service, and can work independently or in a team while paying close attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Confident liaising with carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily distribution and delivery schedules.
• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and administrative tasks.
• File and distribute paperwork and coordinate courier services.
• Coordinate proof-of-delivery processes and liaise with carriers.
• Coordinate and deliver OE fitment stock and monthly stocktakes.
