Job summary

Gliderol, a leading Australian manufacturer of garage doors and access solutions, is seeking a reliable Despatch Operator to support warehouse and dispatch operations in Brisbane. This hands-on role includes forklift operation, picking and packing, loading trucks, and occasional deliveries, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will work Monday to Thursday 6:00am–2:30pm and Friday 6:00am–12:00pm, hold a current Driver's and MR Licence, communicate in English, and thrive as a

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse and dispatch duties.

• Move and store stock within the warehouse.

• Complete occasional deliveries and collections.

Gliderol is a leading Australian manufacturer of residential and commercial garage doors and access solutions. We are seeking a reliable Despatch Operator to support our warehouse, dispatch and delivery operations. This hands‑on role involves forklift operation, picking and packing, loading trucks, occasional deliveries and customer interaction, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork and customer service

What you will do

Pick and pack customer orders

Move and store stock within the warehouse

Load and unload trucks

Operate a forklift safely

Complete occasional deliveries and collections

Complete delivery paperwork and records

Support a safe and tidy workplace

What we require

Current Driver's & MR Licence with a safe driving record

Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English

Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Reliable team player with a positive attitude

Physically capable of performing warehouse and dispatch duties

Availability to work morning shift Monday to Thursday (6:00am to 2:30pm) and Friday (6:00am to 12:00pm)

What we prefer

Previous experience in a production, warehouse or manufacturing environment

Experience with picking, packing and stock control

Experience completing deliveries and customer interactions
