Ferrovial Construction seeks a Design Quality Manager to lead the Design Quality Management Plan (DQMP) on major Australian infrastructure projects. You will ensure submittals meet contract documents and schedules, coordinating with the D&C design management, technical office, construction and QA teams.

Requirements: civil engineering degree; PE licensure preferred. 5+ years in heavy civil design; ISO 9001 familiarity; strong communication and coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• PE licensure preferred; EIT considered.
• 5+ years in a related heavy civil/transit role.
• ASQ and ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus.
• Proficiency with document control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Design Quality Management Plan (DQMP) development and updates.
• Ensure submittals meet DQMP and contract documents with auditable records.
• Coordinate with D&C design management, technical office, construction and QA teams.
• Prepare monthly design quality reports and metrics.
• Support NCRs, corrective actions and design audits.
