Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Design Manager to lead HV design for renewable and utilities projects. You will coordinate across electrical, civil, structural and SCADA inputs to deliver integrated, compliant designs for large-scale grid connections.

Ideally you bring Chartered Engineer status and extensive HV design experience within utilities or renewables, with strong communication and time-management skills to drive multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree and Chartered Professional Engineer status.
• Significant High Voltage engineering design experience in utilities or renewables.
• Track record on large, multi-discipline projects.
• Strong understanding of transmission grid and renewable energy connections.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management for high-voltage infrastructure and renewable projects.
• Collaborate with primary/secondary design, civil and structural disciplines to integrate inputs.
• Coordinate with engineering management and stakeholders to resolve design challenges.
• Ensure designs are compliant, efficient and aligned with client requirements.
