Job summary

WSP Building Structures in Australia is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join a national team delivering iconic projects. You will contribute to civil design work, 12D modelling and BIM project delivery, collaborating with professionals across disciplines on high-rise and infrastructure schemes.

You’ll apply AS/NZS standards, engage with clients on site remotely when needed, and grow your career in a culture that values innovation, flexibility and career

Qualifications

2–5 years industry experience in building projects.
Experience with Australian standards and codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC).
Proficient in 12D design software.
Experience with BIM and 3D modelling project delivery.
Ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders remotely on site.

Responsibilities

Work on iconic civil engineering design projects within a multi-disciplinary team.
Support wider teams nationally when opportunities arise.
Perform project and 12D design work following technical and commercial standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to team outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient workflows.
