Job summary

Fox Human Resources is seeking a Design Director to join a leading high-end healthcare design and construction group, based in Sydney West, with offices nationally.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the design and drafting teams in a client-facing role from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has architectural or interior design qualifications and a proven history in medical or top-level office fit-out design.

• Demonstrated history in medical or premium office fit-out design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and drafting teams, working in a client-facing role with stakeholders from start to finish.
• Manage the design program with external consultants and internal design team.
• Obtain and interpret client briefs and deliver creative solutions with excellent client-centric service.
• Deliver high-quality design presentations to prospective clients and maintain very high standards.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the team.

• Strong leadership, coaching andmentoring skills.

The idealcandidate will have Architectural or interior design qualifications and ademonstrated relevant history, preferably in medical or top level office fitout design.
