KBR, as part of the Linewide Alliance, is delivering SRL East Linewide package in Melbourne. The Engineering Design Coordinator will support design coordination across transport infrastructure projects, coordinating between technical teams, clients, stakeholders and project managers to ensure designs are delivered safely, on schedule and aligned with client requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline required.
• 3-7 years' experience within transport infrastructure, civil or multidisciplinary engineering projects desired.
• Experience coordinating design teams and managing interfaces between disciplines and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design packages across transport infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and design leads to understand and deliver project requirements.
• Monitor design progress and proactively identify risks, issues and potential bottlenecks.
• Facilitate design reviews, project meetings and follow-up actions.
• Support the preparation of design documentation and project deliverables.
• Assist with project reporting including schedule, quality, budget and risk updates.
• Coordinate internal teams and external subconsultants to achieve project milestones.
• Contribute to procurement, construction and commissioning activities where required.
• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and project delivery excellence.
