You will drive design coordination across live and pre-construction projects and work with architects, consultants and subcontractors to keep information accurate and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience within construction or architectural design.
• Understanding of the design and construction process.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Confidence to work with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating design information across live and pre-construction projects.
• Managing architects, consultants and specialist subcontractor design.
• Identifying design gaps, risks and buildability issues.
• Chairing and attending Design Team Meetings.
• Managing design programmes and information release schedules.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Supporting value engineering and practical buildability solutions.
• Coordinating consultant appointments, scopes and responsibility matrices.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, Commercial teams and clients.
• Ensuring the design supports safe, efficient and profitable project delivery.
