We are seeking an experienced Design Coordinator for BESS Project in New South Wales.

About the Role

• Project delivery focused position
• Assist in coordinating the design process, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with internal construction, procurement and commissioning teams
• Support technical responses and coordination activities
• Document control management and organisation of document
• Maintain up-to-date records of design progress, changes, RFIs
• Consultants / Subcontractor agreements
• Manage Stakeholder management
• Support the preparation of project reports and design documentation
• Interdisciplinary coordination and interface support
• Prepare the weekly design progress reports

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Design, or a related field
• Strong administration and document control experience
• A desire to progress in design management - delivery focused position
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
