Responsibilities

• Provide on the ground assistance and support to outdoor dining sites.
• Cleaning and upkeep of outdoor dining vehicles and maintenance of dining sites.
• Control beverage stock par levels in cool rooms.
• Clean all outdoor dining sites (kitchen, toilets, floors, walls and surrounding perimeters).
• Clean outdoor dining vehicles.
