Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking an Outdoor Dining Houseperson to live and work on site. You’ll maintain and clean outdoor dining sites and vehicles in the desert, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Role requires a valid Full Australian Driver's Licence and RSA. The resort offers discounted accommodation, relocation assistance up to $700, staff pool and gym access, and opportunities to explore the Red Centre in your time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and maintenance of outdoor dining facilities.
• Must hold a valid Full Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Willingness to relocate to Ayers Rock Resort, NT.
• Ability to work on-site in desert conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ground support to outdoor dining sites.
• Clean and maintain outdoor dining sites and vehicles, including posts, chains, gas heaters, tiles, lighting.
• Control beverage stock par levels in cool rooms.
• Clean outdoor dining sites including kitchen, toilets, floors, walls and perimeters.
• Clean all outdoor dining vehicles.
