Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead wellbeing and behaviour management with high expectations.
• Expertise in building staff capacity for inclusive practices across diverse learners.
• Collaborative leadership to foster partnerships with students, staff, families and community.
• Ability to drive school improvement using data to monitor impact and outcomes.
• Knowledge of and commitment to Aboriginal education policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and drive improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice.
• Design inclusive teaching programs with strong curriculum and student welfare.
• Provide educational leadership to manage performance of individuals and teams.
• Communicate effectively to engage students, staff and parents.
• Plan and manage resources to support teaching and learning.
• Uphold Aboriginal education policy commitments.
