The Deputy Principal will work alongside the Principal to establish a shared educational vision, demonstrate values-driven leadership, and maintain high expectations for students and staff

Assume the responsibilities of the Principal when required.
Demonstrate values-driven, ethical and moral leadership in the Deputy Principal role.
Incorporate socially just practices into the day-to-day life of the school.
Maintain high expectations and standards for student and staff performance.
