Amentum seeks a Deputy Information Technology Manager to support the IT Manager in Alice Springs, overseeing the IT systems administrator team and ensuring the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of data across the organization. You will direct IT operations, implement security controls, and guide project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a minimum of five years in IT, a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, and a Security+ certification with TS/SCI clearance.

The Deputy Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for supporting the IT Manager with the management and performance of the organization’s technology and network systems. Additionally, the Deputy IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the personnel management of the IT systems administrator team. The Deputy IT Manager helps oversees all technology infrastructure and operations, ensuring all processes and procedure adhere to company, site, and security policies and regulations.
The Deputy IT Manager analyzes the schematics and specifications of site unclassified computer systems, maintains safety and security across all networks, and oversees the day-to-day operations and technical support required by IT associated projects. The Deputy IT manager must have extensive knowledge of the technology industry and required skills
Work Schedule: Regular Hours Mon-Fri 0730-1630
