Job summary

TOMRA is expanding its Brookvale Depot team. As a Depot Operator, you will greet customers, share information about the Return and Earn scheme, and assist them from vehicles to the reverse vending machines. You’ll also handle general depot cleaning and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Cleaning or maintenance experience.
• High level of communication (verbal and written).
• First aid and/or fire warden certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information on the Return and Earn scheme.
• Assist customers from their vehicles to the reverse vending machines.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the depot.
• Work autonomously and be a friendly face for customers.
• Support day-to-day depot operations and improve customer experience.
