JJ’s Waste & Recycling in Maffra seeks a Branch/Depot Operations Manager to lead the waste collections team, drive performance and foster a culture of safety and service excellence. You will shape daily operations, engage a multi-disciplinary team and partner with senior leaders to deliver ongoing improvement and growth.

Qualifications
- Degree qualification and/or experience in Transport, Logistics or Service Industry.
- Hold a current HR licence or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong employee engagement and people leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with high organisation and KPI focus.
- Experience leading operations in waste/related service sectors is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operations management team for the commercial and domestic waste collections in the region.
- Plan for growth, engage with the team and see it through.
- Deliver the overall operations strategy and drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Drive a high-level safety and customer service culture.
- Support and motivate the team (10+ employees).
- Work with contract managers, workshop, customer service and corporate head office.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
