  • Current MR licence and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Depot Manager to lead our Launceston team. As part of Kinetic – Australia and New Zealand’s largest and most trusted bus operator – you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and support a team of Supervisors and Administrators to ensure daily operations meet key network performance targets
  • Manage depot activities including scheduling, compliance, incident response, and contractor engagement
  • Drive safety, risk management, and operational improvements across the site
