Job summary

Bunnings is looking for a Department Manager - Trade to lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will shape how our commercial customers experience Bunnings, driving growth and building capability within a supportive store leadership team.

You will oversee rostering, stock flow, and day-to-day operations while fostering strong relationships with key customers and Trade Specialists to deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience.

About the role

Take the lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused Trade environment where relationships, results and teamwork come together. As a Department Manager - Trade, you’ll shape how our commercial customers experience Bunnings, driving growth, building capability and leading a team that delivers every day. A million ways to make an impact starts here, with the opportunity to influence outcomes, strengthen customer partnerships and grow your leadership capability. You’ll be part of a supportive store leadership team that works closely together to get the best out of each other. Inspiring you to give it a red-hot go while building your confidence and skillset for the future. This role includes a minimum of 1 in 3 weekend roster and some public holiday work is required.

Who we are looking for

You’re someone who enjoys leading from the floor and supporting your team, connecting with customers and making things happen. You understand what great service looks like in a trade environment and take pride in delivering it consistently. You bring a collaborative mindset, working closely with others to solve problems and deliver results. You’re comfortable balancing day-to-day operations with longer-term thinking, and you enjoy building strong relationships that make a difference.
