Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a Department Manager for the Westfield Bondi store. You will lead your department, drive brand direction and visual merchandising, and work with the Store Management team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You’ll coach the team, manage inventory, and spot trade opportunities to improve store results while supporting foundation initiatives and Store operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a department in a retail environment.
• Strong visual merchandising and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach and develop store team.
• Commercial awareness with ability to spot trade opportunities.
• Commitment to customer excellence and brand direction.

Responsibilities

• Own your department and implement brand direction across VM and inventory.
• Coach the team in partnership with Store Management.
• Provide feedback to improve department performance.
• Identify trade opportunities to enhance customer experience and results.
• Support management in day-to-day store operations.
• Champion Cotton On Foundation initiatives.
• Lead planning and direction to grow department results.

The Role

• Own your department and focus on executing Brand direction across VM, trade actions, inventory processes and presentation
• Coach the team to work together in your department in partnership with your Store Management team
• Share feedback with your Manager and team to grow your department performance
• Bring your commercial eye to your department, spot trade opportunities, and find solutions to improve the customer experience and department results
• Embed customer excellence whilst growing Department results through clear planning and direction
• Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make life changing impact on our projects around the world
• Step-up and support your management team in the wider day-today running of the store as required
