Job summary

Officeworks is seeking a Retail Department Leader (Coordinator) at our Mulgrave store to lead the team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and keep the sales floor looking sharp.

You will mentor your crew, motivate performance, and partner with store leadership to drive results while ensuring strong presentation and seamless daily operations. Flexibility with rosters and a focus on safety, wellbeing and growth are core to this role.

About The Role

• As a Retail Department Leader, you will:
• Let your customer service skills shine by being a solutions expert. Go beyond transactions. Listen actively, understand customer needs, and confidently offer complete solutions that make their experience exceptional.
• Partner with the store leadership team to energize and motivate your crew. Help unlock their potential and drive performance by connecting daily actions to meaningful customer outcomes.
• Lead with purpose by mentoring and training your team. Share your knowledge, build their confidence, and guide them to become trusted retail rockstars who deliver real value to every customer.
• Keep the store looking sharp and well-stocked. Ensure every product is ready and available so customers can find exactly what they need, because the right solution starts with the right presentation.
