1300SMILES Caloundra, proudly backed by Abano Healthcare Group, invites a Dentist to join a busy practice on a full-time or part-time basis. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while building long-term relationships and exploring implants and Invisalign.

You’ll operate in a modern 4-chair environment with dedicated assistants and strong leadership, within Abano’s national network that supports your clinical autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain).
• Patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative practice environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.
• Interest in implants or other special interest areas highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dentistry to a loyal patient base at a busy practice.
• Develop areas of clinical interest including implants and Invisalign.
• Collaborate with a supportive team across four chairs and with experienced support staff.
• Contribute to maintaining efficient workflows and strong patient outcomes.
