1300SMILES Caloundra, proudly backed by Abano Healthcare Group, invites a Dentist to join a busy practice on a full-time or part-time basis. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while building long-term relationships and exploring implants and Invisalign.

You’ll operate in a modern 4-chair environment with dedicated assistants and strong leadership, within Abano’s national network that supports your clinical autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or ability to obtain).
• Patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative practice environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.
• Interest in implants or other special interest areas highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dentistry to a loyal patient base at a busy practice.

Job Description

1300SMILES Caloundra is seeking a full-time or part-time Dentist to join our busy and established practice. You’ll enjoy the support of an engaged patient base who value high-quality, relationship-driven care, with opportunities to build long-term patient connections and develop areas of clinical interest, including implants and Invisalign.

You’ll be working in a modern, well-equipped 4-chair practice featuring:

• Recently upgraded treatment chairs
• Digital scanner technology
• Intraoral cameras in every surgery
• Implant motor and surgical instrumentation
• Efficient workflows and established clinical systems designed to support excellent patient outcomes

At 1300SMILES Caloundra, you’ll join an established clinical team of four dentists within a well-supported practice environment. Dedicated Dental Assistants, experienced Reception staff, and strong practice leadership work together to create an efficient, patient-centred workplace where clinicians can focus on providing high-quality care and growing their clinical interests.
