Job summary

National Dental Care seeks a Dentist to deliver high-quality, patient-centred clinical care in line with Australian standards. You will support clinical and commercial success while fostering a collaborative and safe team environment.

You will perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans, while maintaining accurate records and engaging patients in care options. Registration with AHPRA is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA registration as a Dentist or be eligible to register.
• Proven experience in general dentistry with safe, high-quality patient care.
• Ability to discuss treatment options with patients clearly.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide a wide range of dental procedures within scope of practice and in accordance with Dental Board of Australia requirements
• Educate, inform and engage patients to support understanding of treatment options and preventive oral health care
• Refer patients to specialist clinicians where clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants, reception teams and practice leadership to ensure seamless patient care
• Contribute to practice efficiency, patient experience and the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical services
