This role would suit a dentist who:

• Builds strong, long-term patient relationships
• Communicates treatment recommendations clearly and confidently
• Maintains a high standard of clinical care
• Is comfortable stepping into an established patient base and earning its trust

What we offer:

• Patients who stay, value good care and appreciate the dentist who looks after them
• A calm, well-organised practice, with the business side handled by an experienced owner
• Prevention-first, comprehensive dentistry and the clinical autonomy to make your own decisions
• Modern facilities and an experienced support team
• Flexible days to suit you
• 40% commission

About you:

an experienced dentist (not a new graduate) with AHPRA general registration, clear communication in English and a genuine interest in long-term patient care. ADC-pathway dentists are welcome.

We see this as an important addition to our team, and we’d love to hear from someone who wants to be part of the practice’s next chapter.
