Job summary

Precision Dental in Fortitude Valley, QLD is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist with chairside assisting to join our close-knit team. You’ll manage appointments, patient communications and payments, while providing clinical support as needed.

Ideal candidates have dental reception experience, are organised, and enjoy teamwork. Training is available for chairside tasks, with a permanent role in a well-established practice offering staff perks.

Qualifications

• Previous dental reception experience is essential.
• Experience with dental software (Exact PMS highly regarded).
• A reliable team player who enjoys helping others.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression.
• Managing appointments, recalls, confirmations and enquiries.
• Handling phone calls, emails, payments and HICAPS claims.
• Maintaining patient records using dental software.
• Supporting the clinical team with sterilisation and occasional chairside assisting.
• Keeping the practice running smoothly.
